My Specialized Bikini Prep Supplement List

Breakfast:
  • 2 multi-day Optiwomen vitamins
  • 4 veggie/fruit capsules
  • 1 Fish Oil Omega 3
  • 2 Calcium/ Vitamin D


Lunch:
  • 2 CLA capsules
  • 1 Fish Oil
  • 1 Glucosamine


Before Workout
  • 1 Fat Burner (
  • 3 Creatine Capsules


After Workout
  • 3 Creatine Capsules
  • 2 Scoops of Aminolast
  • 2 teaspoons Glutamine Power
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Magnum Nutraceuticals:

  • ½ banana (for potassium)


Dinner
  • 3 probiotic pills (to help break down protein)
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
